The Concepcion Volcano in the Ometepe island on the Lake Nicaragua in Rivas, Nicaragua. The volcano has been in constant activity for more than a week with an average of two to three gas explosions per day, which shoot ash about 700 feet high. The island is home of around 44,000 people and one of the main tourist destinations of Nicaragua.<br />
